Monochrome Weekly — Moonlight in Mono

I like to create mood in images. This image do you recognize from my post from Skywatch in my other blog, where I have it in color. Here in black and white maybe a little bit horror nostalgia from Hitchcock's films, or other horrorfilms I think. It´s little more scary in black and white than in colour. What do you think?

Definitely more haunting - I think the addition of a few witches and bats would be appropriate!! :)

A 'dark' and moody shot
To my eye:
In black and white, the light source is more evident. In color the point at which blue changes to black stands out. Both dramatic

Classically gothic - I do imagine owls or bats flying around :)
